Facts about licensing and pricing model of the analytics

How does the pricing work?

People Impact Analytics® is, commercially, sold as a license which includes the right to use the analytics:

  • For a certain initiative – for example, a certain Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration
  • For the agreed maximum number of targeted (surveyed) people
  • For the agreed number of times (analytics rounds)
  • And with the agreed parameters, such as survey and analysis reporting languages

Basically you pay for each analytics rounds you do (a “pay-per-use” model). In addition to this “core licensing”, we have a subscription-based licensing and pricing model for utilizing “big data” i.e. analyzing aggregate data across all your initiatives (for example, M&A portfolio).

The pricing schemes contains significant volume discounts which make the pricing highly scalable and appealing for both large and small use cases.

Although the sales packaging is “license”, the deployment does contain intentionally a little bit of human work as well, included in the license price. This human work comes in three forms:

  • An assigned Service Delivery Manager to help you navigate easily through the deployment
  • Supervision (curation) to have human ownership on the deliverables coming from the AI and other algorithms
  • A professional human to present the analysis results (observations, insights, and recommended actions) in a remote call to the client’s key stakeholders, with the possibility for questions and discussion

What are your licensing terms

People Impact Analytics® is, commercially, sold as a license which includes the right to use the analytics:

The license comes with standard End-User-License-Agreement (EULA) terms, which can be found at NayaDaya Analytics – End-User License Agreement.

Although the sales packaging is “license”, the deployment does contain a little bit of our human work (to manage the deployment, supervise the AI, and present the analysis results), included in the license price.

Can I become your partner or reseller

Absolutely you can become a partner of NayaDaya Analytics, to contribute helping clients with the means of People Impact Analytics®, using your own strengths. We are partner-centric, appreciating value of the partners and building our partner network systematically worldwide. We have partners from “big four” (including Deloitte) to individual advisors.

Our partners are typically consultants, big or small, who are helping clients in their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, restructuring exercises, strategy development, AI transformations or other change programs. The partners bring in their client base, access to accounts and markets, knowledge of regional and industry conditions, and existing scale in terms of marketing, sales, and delivery capacity.

Preferably, our partner manages the client while we provide all the needed analytics capability and support on the back.

For a partner, we provide a unique, scalable, packaged AI- and science-driven solution, proven in the market – and strong support on the back to easily push through the deployment.

The partner will benefit by winning more consulting deals (using our analytics as a differentiator), delivering exceptional business value to the clients, and generating further consulting opportunities (through the relevant action recommendations).
